Originally from Mexico City. Moved to Ptown in 1995 & although have traveled, I haven't found another place like it. Ptown is magical, interesting, ever changing yet the same & no place I rather be than here. We bought this house, remodeled it for several years, honestly as our home. Life changes, started renting weekly and have had amazing reviews about the look, comfort, the place itself.
Erik purchased this condo in 2004
Why Erik chose Provincetown
It is great for relaxing & entertaining. It is quiet yet close to town and convenient to the Supermarket, walking distance from a convenient store, gas station & the Ptown Dog Park.
What makes this condo unique
When I saw this house for the first time, realized it's amazing potential The house sits on a large lot, on a street with 4 houses, it is quiet but convenient to everything. Renovated creating an amazing open floor plan for entertaining. Added a large deck in the back yard and as the time goes by we'll continue to make changes that make it a great place to vacation in.
