Located at one of the largest and well maintained beaches in the area, this cottage is beautifully situated next to a double lot with a majestic maple tree to one side and an acre of available lawn to the rear. Just beyond the lawn is access to a wonderful estuary with nesting osprey and a winding creek that will lead you to the sound so bring your kayaks! Chalker beach has two clubhouses with plenty of fun activities. Enjoy bon fires on the beach, movies on the beach or maybe a night of bingo.The cottage features a large front porch to enjoy a good book or people watch the beach goers on the short walk to the beach.
