Modern home features 3 large bedrooms upstairs with an oversized bath, 3 bedrooms in the lower level with a full bath. Main floor has LR, DR, Kitchen, Laundry Room, and 1/2 bath. Wrap around front porch and large cedar rear deck and concrete patio around the pool. Fully furnished, air-conditioned, and equipped for family fun! House is ideal for family reunions. Cribs and High Chairs available. This is not a 'Share' home. Families only please!

Hampton Bays is a family-friendly hamlet in the heart of the Hamptons. It is surrounded by beautiful beaches - bay beaches and ocean beaches! All conveniences are nearby - shopping, places of worship, restaurants, movie theaters, and wineries! A Tanger outlet mall, water park, and aquarium are a short drive away. Summer is the busiest season, but late spring and early fall provide warm weather and a quieter pace. Fall foliage is beautiful, as are blankets of snow!
