Great location poor service
We organised to store our luggage we were held up but there is not other option if late and we were happy to pay for this. So we waited an hour to try and hear from Abati but heard nothing so had to research our own storage options which we needed to go back into an uber to a place to store our gear.
The lack of services and communication was so poor from Abati. We were also not given details of the property until 30 mins before with entry details .
When we were finally allowed into the property we had no toilet paper, hand towels, bath mats, or any basic kitchen amenities not even a kettle, no cutlery. the door to the oven had literally fallen off and had sharp metal pieces protruding from it .
Also we were given the wrong Wifi information to log on.
When we contacted Abati about it, he eventually came back and said sorry and that he would come and offer some service but we never heard back from him.
So we actually had to go out and bought our own toilet paper and work out what password belong to what ID for the wi-fi which was so slow.
The apartment is not actually 2 bedrooms it is One enclosed bedroom and 2 beds in open living rooms. So you walk directly into the bed as you open the front door.
The location is great and with a little care and attention to the apartment it would make the stay great as well.
