Stylish, comfortable 4BR condo with upgraded amenities. Relax in style in this newly renovated condo featuring a gourmet kitchen, wood floors and a nice decor. This condo has a large master bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen LCD TV and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a flat screen LCD TV, and a walk in closet. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. All of the bedrooms have hard-wood flooring and are nicely decorated.
This upgraded condo has a beautiful gourmet kitchen for you to use during your stay. The kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a meal or just have a relaxing cup of coffee. Newly remodeled with granite counter tops, travertine flooring and new stainless steel appliances.
Relax after a long day in a comfortable living room area with sliding glass doors to the screened balcony seating area. The living room has an LCD flat screen TV and a DVD player. The condo also has a spacious dining area for your family meals. The condo has two full bathrooms with plenty of linens and towels.
The condo has a washer and dryer for your use, a pack and play, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience. You can also request a high chair.
Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo.
The condo is located inside the gated community of Legacy Dunes Resort. All of the resort amenities are included
with the rental of the condo. The resort boasts a beach style, walk-in swimming pool with a fun children's fountain area. The resort has a clubhouse with a gym and fitness area. The resort has a lot of fun activities that your family will enjoy.
This unit is conveniently located close to the clubhouse and swimming pool area. Convenient location with easy access to all of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort and our condo are located just 4 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.
This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning service can be provided for a fee. Please arrange any cleanings at the time you make your reservation.
Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure. The condo must be left in the same condition as when you arrived.
There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside on the screened patio only.
