Bungalow, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4)

Charming 2 Bedroom bungalow on quiet cul-de-sac street in North Park. We are walking distance to 30th street restaurants, bars and shops in both South Park & North Park. The rental is the front unit of a duplex home and is approx 800sq ft with hardwood floors and tasteful furnishings. The kitchen is fully equiped with an eat-in dining area which opens to the living room with large comfy sectional and flat screen TV. We have comfortable and private sleeping arrangements for four people in beds. The first bedroom has a four poster queen bed with Restoration Hardware linens and serene decor. The second bedroom is furnished with a twin daybed in Ralph Lauren linens which also has a trundle bed. Enjoy being close to all that San Diego has to offer and coming home to a wonderful bungalow in a family neighborhood.

San Diego has always been a special place for us! Though neither of us are from SoCal, we couldn't imagine living anywhere else.

The Owner purchased this bungalow in 2011

We love North Park because it has something for everyone; it is family friendly but has great nightlife. We are close to everything San Diego can offer but also love spending our weekends in the neighborhood, never needing to get in the car.

When searching for a house in North Park, this little house was the first to catch my eye. I had checked out other houses and kept returning back to this lovely home away from home.
The house is very clean, cozy with out being cramped. The kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, basically everything you would need to set up "house" for your vacation. Great location.Nice neighborhood.Not far from Balboa park,zoo, freeway. The owners of this little house couldn't be nicer. I would love to rent this property again. I would encourage anyone to rent this house who wants a nice home away from home.

Cute, cozy and clean!

We had a great stay at this bungalow. It is exactly as pictured. It is cute, very clean and comfortable. It worked out great for us with our toddler and baby. It has a nice central locations and is close to a lot of things. There are some little neighborhood restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. The owners are very nice and helpful. They provided us with a pak 'n' play, an infant tub and high chair and toys which made traveling so much easier! All in all great spot. We would recommend it and stay again!

Wonderful place to stay

We had the pleasure of spending the month of January in Todd and Brooke's home. It is an ideal location on a dead end street, and is very family oriented and quiet. There are no problems with parking and is an easy walk to great eating places. There is a wonderful park very close by and we were there every day with our dog, grandson and daughter. Todd and Brooke live in the attached duplex and were very attentive to our needs without being intrusive.The welcome info binder was very helpful and well done.
We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a homey location.

Lovely home in charming neighborhood

We chose this home because we figured if the owners lived there (in the back unit) it must be a nice neighborhood, and we were so right. Brooke and Todd were readily available but not intrusive at all. They had great restaurant recommendations, and everything we needed was close by. There were games in the closet and DVDs to watch (although a couple of kid/family movies might have been nice). Super clean and well supplied kitchen/linens - all of the pictures are accurate. We had a great stay and would certainly consider staying here again!

We are looking forward to when we can come back to stay here. The location is so central to everyplace we needed to be in San Diego. The owners went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. Everything was very clean, convenient and cozy. On a scale on 1-10 I would give them a 10.
