Beautiful, oceanfront condo in, the well-known, Ocean Creek Plantation, South Tower building. Amenities include, Indoor heated pool, and hot tub as well as outdoor pool. ***PLEASE VIEW OUR VIRTUAL TOUR FOUND BELOW THE RATE TABLE ON THE LEFT*****

Ocean Creek boasts beautifully landscaped grounds with acres of tropical plantings and pathways for walking and biking. The pool & hot tub at the Tower South are for your usage. There is an ocean side pool and a bar grill on the beach also. When the tidal pools fill up, with the change of high and low tide, they create fun, shallow pools for the children to play in. The condo is on the 4th floor, but is approximately 7 stories high, as there is parkade parking below this building.

This beautiful 3 Br/3 Bath is nicely furnished with 1 King in the Master Br + a leather lounge chair. Master bath has double sinks, tub & shower; 2nd Master has 1 king + bath with shower; 3rd Br has 2 twins and shares the main bath.

A fully-equipped kitchen is great for cooking and dining in. There is abundant dinnerware, cookware, and utensils, with all full-sized appliances. A wet bar is a nice added feature of this condo and is great for entertaining friends at the beach!

The condo also has has a washer & dryer in the condo for your convenience.

Visit to Ocean Creek Plantation and you'll know why it has been a favorite resort for many families.

This mid-town location, between North Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing is convenient to many attractions. New in June 2011 the upside down house( WonderWorks,) and Zip line rides at Broadway; a favorite is Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theater. Stroll through Barefoot Landing shops and restaurants, such as T-Bonz, The Flying Fish, and the House of Blues, or enjoy great live theater at the Alabama Theater featuring the ONE SHOW.
