This property is located in the very prestigious traditional town neighborhood known as Beachtown. You will be able to enjoy the village as you sit along the beautifully landscaped corridor adjacent to this home. An exquisite walkover to the beach is located only steps away.

This vacation home's location gives you a real a sense of privacy as well as accessibility to the nearby businesses. Situated along the east end of Galveston Island, this property is just minutes from the Strand (retail and dining district), Galveston’s Historic District, Yacht Basin, and UTMB (the medical center).

This 3 bedroom home’s kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. A washer and dryer is supplied as well as an ironing board. Linens are supplied for the kitchen, bedroom and bath. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are available as you make your way to the beach. The Beach themed décor is both casual and comfortable.

Several decks are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors for your viewing enjoyment. An outdoor grill is supplied for your favorite “catch of the day” Come and stay once and this location will surely become a family favorite.

Tastefully furnished, well equipped and maintained. Pet friendly with a fenced yard that was a real bonus. Met our expectations completely. Owner rep was helpful with getting wifi working and a couple of other minor problems received quick attention. Our two immediate families were comfortably accommodated in this and another nearby rental facility. Great time, hope to return.
