This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig/Nespresso, dining area, 55-inch Roku smart TV in the living room, + 3 additional Roku Smart TVs (bedrooms), high-speed wireless internet, fenced backyard, 5 comfortable beds (1 king, 2 queens, 1 twin, 1 sofa bed), washer/dryer, & SELF CHEK-IN!

Guest access-
Guests will have full access to the property with the exception of the garage. The property is equipped with a smart lock and you will receive a 4-digit code to use for the duration of your stay.


One Night Stays

One night stays may be considered. If you are trying to book a one night stay and are unable to, please message the host with the reason for your visit and the host may consider your request.

Upon request, we can decorate the property for special occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc. (additional fee applies)

We provide towels but do not provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.

There is potential for jet noise

Your host will be available for an immediate response assistance between the hours of 8a-7p. If available, your host may respond outside of those hours. If you plan to check in after 7p, please advise your host

COVID-19 update: We have implemented strict cleaning measures for disinfecting the house between guests. We are disinfecting all light switches, remotes, doorknobs, keypads, and all frequently used surfaces.

Pet Policy:

We welcome furry friends! However, we do have a few rules. We allow dogs and do not allow cats. Other animals may be approved to stay on a case by case basis. Please message hosts for approval and fees prior to booking if you plan to travel and stay here with other animals.

We all love puppies but they are not welcome here, all dogs must be house broken. No dogs are allowed to stay that have a bite history or exhibit any type of aggressive behavior. All dogs must be on a leash at all times when in front of the property. Excessive barking that makes the neighbors complain will immediately terminate the dog(s) approval to stay. You will be asked to remove the dog(s) from the property immediately. To help preserve the enjoyment of the property for all guests we request dogs are kept off the furniture, counters and chairs. If there is additional damage from the pet there will be an additional fee to repair or replace damaged items. Excessive pet hair will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee and owners are expected to clean up after their pets indoors and outdoors.
