We had a nice stay. The best part of this property are the beds...they are amazing...we slept like babies! The property was clean, but because the decor is mostly white, there are many stains. More hand towels and wash cloths are needed. The few that are there are very stained. Also had to buy hand soap and kleenex as there was not any provided. It is a cozy property. Location is adequate.

This unit is a good value during Spring Training. The unit is located less than two miles from Scottsdale Stadium and the Scotsdale Shuttle picks up a block or two from the unit. Although small, the unit is well-decorated and fully met our expectations and needs. The owners keep the unit well supplied with various supplies, including coffee, oil, and spices. The unit, which across from a small pool, also has a small patio area with a small Weber BBQ.

Very conveniently located to old town Scottsdale, though walking down to old town would be for the more athletically inclined. Clean and comfortable and nicely stocked with what anyone might need.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing
