This home is located in gated community. Our home has a 24 hour property management service to take care of all your needs . Located within 18-hole Remington Golf Club gated community (walking distance from the club house) with access to nearby Kissimmee Bay Golf Club. This home is ideal for families with kids, golfers and snowbirds. We are only 10 minutes from Orlando International airport and just off the Florida Turnpike.

This 4 Bdrm single storey floor plan with cathedral ceilings throughout the living area and master bedroom. The interior of the home has been professionally designed and has a contemporary feel, with a landscaped pool area and deck for your enjoyment. The 2 master bedrooms include a king size bed with a large master en suite bathroom with a shower. The 2 other bedrooms include two twin beds and share a adjoining bathroom. The family room includes a queen size pull-out sofa. Cable televisions are located in the living area, master bedroom.

This home is located on a corner lot and is the only home with large trees in the back, this is the largest lot in the community with ample space for large families.

This 4bdrm home is located within 20 minutes of Disney, and the other theme parks (Universal). It is conveniently located within 10 minutes of numerous dining, shopping, golf courses. Beaches on the Gulf and Atlantic coasts are just an 1hr drive. We enjoy vacationing in Florida each year.

My wife and I stayed there on a recent trip to Florida to see our granddaughters. Everything is as advertised, no surprises. The house is very clean and well kept, as is the pool area. The screen over the pool meant we could sit outside at night without being ate alive by bugs. It is far enough away from the main roads that its nice and quiet. On the other hand it is close enough to the turnpike and the Osceola Parkway that getting to amusement parks and attractions is easy. If you like golfing you right next to a well kept golf course. The pool is a welcome relief from the Florida heat, especially after a morning of fishing in the hot sun. Compared to some of the other properties in the same local it is very reasonably priced. We will definately stay here again.

We had a wonderful vacation staying at your home. It was a great location to get to all of the theme parks. Once we were able to navigate to the correct freeways, we made it to our destinations in 15 to 20 min. The house had everything it stated and was very comfortable and relaxing. We loved getting into the pool at the end of the day to cool off and relax. The property managers were very attentive to our needs and acted promptly when we had a issue. I would highly recommend renting this home.

Perfect location. Easy access to the major theme parks, ocean & other activities. Loved that it was located close to grocery stores for easy shopping. The house was clean & comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool especially our sons. It was a nice break to just hang out & swim & play in the pool before & after going to the theme parks or sightseeing. Would love to come again for a visit!

Lovely home and will visit again

Me and My Family had a horriable year in 2010 we suffered a house fire and lost everything we owned.. so we decided to rent a home and take our family to Florida, I found this listing and i loved the location and the dates I wanted were available, after speeking with the owners we booked the home I couldnt have been happier we enjoyed this home so much everything we need was there we needed nothing but oursleves and clothing, it was wonderful to wake up to a warm pool and my infant grandchildren loved swimming, I will rent this home again for sure and I recomend it to everyone that wants a wonderful home with a great location for there vacation needs...
