Relax at our Pocono home. You can enjoy all four seasons in our comfortable home. Enjoy blazing fires in the wood burning fireplace during the winter or roast marshmellows outside by a bon-fire in the fire pit. After your busy work week, this home enable immediate serentiy and a peaceful vacation if desired. If you're looking for active athletic adventures, the home is located wth 30 minutes from multiple ski slopes. Additional pictures are available upon request.

Keywords: Large, newer home (built 2008) in private, wooded, lake community. Home has 5BR, 3BA, huge kitchen with SS appliances, granite counters, and dining area with a center island. Family room has floor-to-ceiling wood burning FP, 52' TV, DVD and cable. Large windows on first level allow views of lake in fall/winter and plenty of daylight in home. One BR is on first floor. Second floor has 4 BR including a very large master suite with sitting area with lake views in fall/winter and has a private bath and huge walk-in shower. Other 3 BR upstairs share a central bathroom. All rooms are tastefully decorated with mountain-like decor and include TV and ceiling fan in each. You'll feel right at home. Home is located in Lakeview Estates, which is a private, upscale community with a 150 acre fishing/swimming lake, tennis and basketball courts, nature trail, private beach and clubhouse.

About Rick

We are two professionals who were looking for a four season mountain/lake get away for our family of 6. We built our Pocono home to enjoy family time together and to engage in summer and winter activities such as skiing, water skiing, fishing, bon-fires, swimming, tennis, and just hanging out together. Our home has enabled our family to create some lasting memories. We are now at a point to share our mountain/lake 'dream home' with others. We hope you can create some memories here as well.

Had the best 40th birthday celebration in the Poconos with friends and family. The house was immaculate and the communication with Owner and the onsite property manager was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to get away from it all and relax in a nice, quiet, beautiful neighborhood

Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! As soon as we opened the door, all I could hear was everyone saying Wow, This Place Is Gorgeous! We were in total awe! The only complaint we had was that our vacation was just not long enough! The amenities were wonderful and we felt so welcomed and at home. The view was breathtaking and we just loved the quiet! We all enjoyed the various activities and the weather was just absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely be returning guests! Thank you for making our trip one that we will remember for years to come!
