Absolutely Wonderful from Start to Finish

This was my second time renting from Mary, and I am absolutely amazed at how it just keeps getting better each time. The pictures are beautiful, but they don’t tell the whole story. The bottom line: Mary made sure that every single detail of our trip was perfectly arranged. I love the lists and suggestions she provided for our stay. The view was amazing, and everything we could possibly have wanted was right there waiting for us.
Building E is the best building at Sapphire! When the cruise ships arrived, Mary’s place was still quiet and unaffected by all the tourists. The view was also the best because it is right in front of the water, away from clutter and crowds of people.
Mary recommended our driver, Israel, and he was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He was friendly, prompt, and very patient with our endless questions about the airport. In fact, we called on him to drive us during our entire vacation, and he always went above and beyond our expectations.
Mary’s managers, Kathlene and Gordon were fabulous! When we arrived, Kathlene checked on us to see if we needed anything. She also came mid-week and made sure everything was in top shape. On Saturday morning, we had an issue with the locks, and Gordon was there in 15 minutes. We were amazed at how fast he arrived. Plus, he and Kathlene are such friendly and professional people!
The condo is newly renovated and very clean. It has every amenity you could possibly need. But, the most important thing for me is having a high quality mattress. I am turning fifty this year, and I just can’t sleep the way I could when I was younger. If I don’t have a really good mattress, I will be just miserable. So, after a day filled with snorkeling and hiking, it was absolute joy to climb into a luxurious bed with a brand new, high quality, pillow-top mattress!
We also appreciate how Mary included beach chairs, beach towels, and snorkeling gear in our rental price. Chair rental is 7 dollars per chair each day, if it is not included. We felt so pampered in our chairs when other guests were sitting on their towels. Plus, it was really convenient to pack lightly because Mary had everything we might need already there waiting for us!
The internet was fast, and we really had fun posting our adventures on Facebook each night. We both feel so blessed to have found Mary and be given such a great experience!

Now, in my second year, I am blessed to be able to welcome delightful people like Rose back for a return visit. I recently stayed at Sapphire Beach and made further improvements in our condo to increase comfort and enjoyment for my family and for our guests.
