GUEST ACCESS:
**ACCESS CARDS are charged $100. Each. PER PERSON/PER STAY (not per day).

The ACCESS CARD will allow you to:
- Roam freely around the building and HOTEL.
- Use elevators.
- Direct access to the beach and towel service.
- Use of the 3 main pools (1 currently under construction) Rooftop pool NOT INCLUDED.
- Towels at the pools.


ACCESS CARDS:
- They are requested in advance, with a maximum of 3 days before check-in, otherwise they will not be able to count on the cards. WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
- They are paid upon request. Cards are not issued without payment. WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
- To issue cards is needed: FULL NAME AND PHOTO (without sunglasses) of each adult +16 years old who will be staying. Kids don’t need a card.
- Once you stay in the building or 1 DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL, you will not receive cards. WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.


MORE SERVICIES:

- Gym (additional cost).
- Spa (additional cost).
- Parking (additional cost).
- Private transfer to and from the airport (additional cost).
- BMG Car Rental ~ BMW X5 Black (rental rate includes parking).
- Laundry (laundry cards must be purchased in the lobby to use).
- Daily cleaning service (with additional cost & upon request in advance)
- Gourmet chef service at home or frozen gourmet menu (to take away), shopping delivery to have everything ready when they arrive (available upon request and additional cost).

TIMETABLE
- CHECK IN: 3 PM
- CHECK OUT: 11 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are extra charged.
(upon request and only if the unit has no previous or post arriving guests).

HOME RULES:
-No pets allowed.
-Parties are not allowed.
-Loud music/noise is not allowed after 10 PM.
- Smoking is not allowed (a fine will be charged).

**PLEASE NOTE*

There are 3 main pools available. Please be aware that one of them is currently under reconstruction. However, guests are welcome to use the other 2 pools within the hotel premises. (Please note that access to the rooftop pool is not included.)
