Spring Special! $75 per night (8+ nights)

This studio was just perfect for a weekend getaway! Fully equipped, replete with private hot tub and sunning deck :) I used the treehouse as my home base for lots of Kona side adventuring by day but retreated back here by night to get some work done. Great location--balance of feeling secluded and still being near downtown! Other units are RIGHT next door which I did not expect, but it did not impact stay at all.

We drove from the Kona Airport, following the directions given us, and easily found our little dream house, aptly called “The Treehouse Hideaway”. We climbed a set of stairs to our little house, tucked on the side of the hill. When we walked in we were delighted, this was the PERFECT place for us. The house is built with 4 levels. The entry and bathroom are on the first level, then up two steps to the kitchen, then up 3 steps to the living room and finally up 1 step to the bedroom. There are windows all around that have no glass but only screens, so all the lovely breezes blow through and all the night sounds of the crickets, frogs and birds drift in. Out the back door is a little deck with comfy furniture and a hot tub. The house is
located so that it has complete privacy, even though there are other houses on 3 sides, we are completely hidden by thick foliage. There are big tables, comfortable over stuffed chairs, stained glass lamps, and everything we could possibly need in the kitchen to cook our meals.

The house was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The owners were easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to all our inquiries. Once we had booked our reservation, they also sent us a multi page description of the area with recommended sites, activites, restaurants, beaches and services. There is a good grocery store only a short drive south, and a washerette a short drive north.

This little house was such a haven to come home to at the end of the day!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Treehouse Hideaway. It was the perfect spot for our first 4 days of vacation. It's so easy to access everything on the west side of the island. The treehouse was clean and perfectly stocked. The bed was so comfortable as well. We loved the back patio and hot tub. The kitchen was perfect to cook simple meals, but we were excited to visit the pizzeria down the road too. The Greek pizza was the best we've ever had. Thank you so much to Reggie for being wonderfully helpful and accomodating. We wish we never left and would love to come back soon and often! It truly was a perfect spot for us.
