This property is a hidden paradise in the desert. It is a well maintained community. This mobile home is like new inside. We have a new mini store with friendly staff. We are near the Avi Casino and Laughlin. This is a great snowbird or vacation home rental. This is a non smoking unit and no pets are permitted inside this unit. Includes washer and dryer.

The unit we stayed in for the month of January 2013 was excellent. It was very clean & comfortable.
The owner was very helpful. The Palms River Resort was very clean & paved with great landscaping.
It has a great clubhhouse and pool area. We were able to walk comfortably in the park and along
the Colorado river on a daily basis.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
