Aqua Resort has a coffee bar and gift shop on site. They offer coffee, sandwiches, salads, pizza, snacks, ice cream, candy, beach toys, sunscreen, gifts, and more! There is also a poolside eating area.
The Master bedroom features a king-size bed with an ocean view and a flatscreen TV. The master bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Enjoy stunning sunsets every evening from the balcony of this 12th floor beauty! The bunk room has a set of twin bunks and a door for privacy. The second full bath has a shower and tub combination. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living area if needed.
You will also find a washer/ dryer in the unit for your convenience.

You have access to all of this as well as the incredible pools, hot tub, and fitness center.
Parking: 2 parking spaces allotted for each unit. Each guest vehicle must display the AQUA parking pass. Parking passes must be registered, paid for, and printed prior to arrival. Please print your parking passes from home prior to arriving to avoid spending time in line purchasing from the kiosk. The Front Desk will NOT be able to help you on arrival. Boats, trailers, personal watercraft, and motor homes are not permitted on property. Any illegal vehicles will be towed by Security without notice. Parking Fee is $35 plus tax per vehicle, per stay.
RESORT CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During a time period beginning in late September 2023 and continuing through March 2024, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects. These include repairs and re-painting portions of the eastern half of the building (stacks 01 through 05), repairs on all levels of the parking deck, and beach board walk access replacement. During this time, some common area amenities such as the eastern outdoor pool, various parking spaces will be impacted or unavailable. Noise levels will vary during the project.
There is to be no smoking or vaping inside and/or outside of this home. If we find evidence of smoking/vaping, you will be charged $500.
AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation. Thank you for understanding!
