About this property

Quiet retreat with a large kitchen fully outfitted for cooking. Completely separated from the main house. Large bedroom. Cozy living room. Great entertainment center with a reclining couch and large Smart TV. Streaming services enabled, Antenna for local stations, good Wi-fi, large blue-tooth speaker table. Very comfortable queen-sized bed. Heat & AC are very quiet. Washer & dryer in unit for laundry. Bright and cheery.

Great access to the unit with a half-step to get in. The bedroom contains a large dresser as well as a large closet for guest use. Many electrical outlets for charging of devices throughout unit. Eating counter with high back chairs for dining. Very large refrigerator and cabinet for convenient storage. Kitchen contains everything for cooking and baking. Many condiments provided as well as butter and oil, spices. TV articulates in many angles for optimal viewing. Sometimes the TV needs to be angled for best viewing of over the air channels. Absolutely smoke free unit.

Guests have access to all of the living spaces in the unit. The utility closet in the bathroom is for host storage and access to adjacent garage is not for guests-the door is locked.

We will be available through the portal or by telephone. typically 8 am to 8 pm.

5 miles to downtown. 15 minutes drive to airport-$20 Lyft rides. 35 minutes drive to Alta Ski area (assuming there is no huge storm). 30 minutes drive to Parking lot of Canyons at Park City. Hiking and biking trails nearby. Fire pit for use in front yard.
