Conveniently located near The Los Angeles County Art Museum, The Farmers Market, The Beverly Center, The Grove, CBS Studios where they shoot 'American Idol', and downtown Beverly Hills is just a few minutes away. There are popular eateries in the neighborhood patronized by some of Hollywood's most popular stars. You never know who you might see shopping at The Grove. About Mike Hermanns

My wife and i have been in the long and short term rental business for over twenty years. I was a realtor in the West Side for over 25 years and now I have retired and haved descided to produce on Broadway including the musical that my wife has written, Karen is multi talented in so many fields in cluding decorating. Our uniquely desinged Rentals have been featured on "Entertainment Tonight" and published in magazines throughout the country. We were listed in the publication LA's best as being one of LA's best for luxury temporary rentals.

We pride our selves having played host and hostess to some of Hollywoods elite including Kevin Spacey, Sharon Osbourne, Lenny Kravitz, Scott Speedman, David Spade, Bruce Dern, Diane Ladd,Matt Damon, directors, writers, producers, professionals, executives and some of the tops in the medical profession since we are just blocks to Cedars. We have traveled a lot to Europe and have done our best to bring some of that influence back with us into our homes to remind us and our guests of those far away places we all love and dream of revisiting.

I enjoyed staying at this West Hollywood location. I rented it for two months. It is very well located, near LACMA, the Grove (great food market) and third with its attractive restaurants, all within walking distance. The house is cosy and well appointed, old French style. Every one involved with the rental were great. I recommend it. Jean

Mark was extremely friendly & helpful. Property is well maintained and in a fantastic location. You can walk (!) to The Grove & Farmers Market, great cafe round the corner and lots of restaurants nearby. We really recommend staying here.

This property was just as listed. The home is absolutely gorgeous, feels like you're in a Tuscan Villa. The gardens all surrounding the house and yard are well kept and offer delicious scents that waft into the house on a cool day. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was a great place to hang out. The location served us well, as we had meetings in all directions across LA. The property's proximity to the Grove was very walkable and convenient. I highly recommend staying here!
