Resort like living and truly a paradise home away from home.

Beautiful lake views from your living room, kitchen, lanai, dining and master bedroom. This 1500+ square foot, 2+ bedroom, 2 bath villa has been beautifully updated in 2011 including new paint throughout, new carpet in living room, new furniture and ceiling fans, new 46',32' and 19' LCD TVs, DVD players, completely updated kitchen including granite countertops and all new dishes, glasses, utensils, all linens, full size washer and dryer, walk-in closets and plenty of storage space....plus an extra den area and a 2-car garage!!

The unit is wired with cable and a WiFi router for wireless high speed internet service.

Myrtle Trace has a large clubhouse and heated pool with plenty of space to lounge poolside, grill, swim or catch up on email with the wireless service found in the clubhouse. It is an ideal area for walking and biking. Plantation Golf Club membership is not included with the rental, but there are many local golf courses and public tennis courts throughout the area.

My wife and I and our four children have vacationed in Venice for over 20 years. We bought and completely updated this beautiful villa to have a place of our own, and to allow others to build the great memories our family has.

My parents rented this villa for the months of Jan-Mar of 2012. They have rented places in Venice for over 10 years. This villa is one of the nicest we have ever stayed!! The location is perfect, the neighbors are wonderful, the canal behind the villa is full of birds and wildlife, and it is one of the most peaceful places we have stayed!! The villa owners are terrific. Very accommodating and kind. The villa is clean, up to date, and has everything you need. The neighborhood pool is a quick walk and is beautiful. There is golf everywhere!! If you are considering Venice as a destination, this is the place you need to stay. We will be back next year!
