Photos and Description of the Pruggern vacation cabin rental

Come and spend your vacation in one of our spacious huts. One of them was finished in 2004, the other one was finished in the spring of 2006. Located on a plateau, at 1200 m, and being comfortably furnished and large, they welcome 24 people. There is sauna, satellite TV and its own beer dispenser in the hut parlour or in one of the luxurious log huts, which are suitable for up to 12 people and have wellness area with sauna and whirlpool. All the huts have a comfortable Swedish oven, where you can set a fire. Pets are also welcome in our huts. In the hut for supplies you can buy fresh bread rolls, cigarettes, groceries and drinks, or you can also take a snack on the terrace. A beautiful swimming pool with a wonderful sunny terrace and a playground for children are also available. The huts can be reached by car, of course.

The huts are situated in the family friendly ski and hiking region Galsterbergalm, upwards from the village Pruggern, at 1200 m. They are located on a quiet, sunny, high plateau, with a wonderful view upon the mountains all around. You can reach the cabins by car, at any time of the year. Pruggern is located in the Ennstal (the valley of Enn), approx. 14 km from Schladming, and only 100 km from the festival city Salzburg. The ski region Galsterberg offers 20 km large, best prepared slopes and it is part of the ski paradise Dachstein-Tauern, which has 86 cable cars, lifts, and 152 km arranged ski starts. This region is also a member of the Sport world Amadé (1 ski pass for over 860 km of ski slopes, for 270 cable cars and ski lifts). From the house in Ennstal there are only 10 km to the ski paradise Dachstein-Tauern. The illuminated slope and the 7 km long natural toboggan run pass by the huts. There is a ski school 300 m in the direction of the valley.

Notes: The hut is completely built of wood. It is comfortable and very well equipped. On the first floor, there is a big hut parlour (ca. 30 m²) with lounge, satellite TV, DVD and CD player, radio, couch and perfectly equipped kitchen with electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave oven, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster. From the kitchen you have access to the sunny terrace, where you can find a seating bench, barbecue and sunbathing couches. The bathroom has sauna, shower, whirlpool, 1 WC. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms for 2 - 4 people, with 1 double bed each and extendable couch, 2 showers with WC, 1 WC. On request, we put high chair and cot at your disposal. There is Internet access in the supply hut.

Einfach nur wunderschön.

Man kann hier nur gutes über dieses Reiseziel berichten. Das Haus war einfach nur super (Ausstattung, Lage, Hausmeister-Service). Nach ein paar Wanderstunden kann man auf der riesigen Terrasse die Landschaft genießen. Am Abend dann nach einem entspannten Saunagang, kann man den Abend mit einem frischen Bier von der eingebauten Zapfanlage (Fass direkt beim Hausmeister erhältlich) gemütlich am Kamin im Wohnraum ausklingen lassen. Auch am Morgen gibt es wegen der vielen Bäder im Haus keine Probleme, auch wenn man mit vielen gemeinsam Urlaub macht. Zum Frühstück gibt es dann frische Brötchen aus der Versorgerhütte. Auch Urlaub mit Kindern kann man toll genießen, da die Wege zu den Hütten nur von den Bewohnern genutzt werden und somit kein Verkehr vorhanden ist. Kinder können sich auf dem gesamten Gelände und auch auf dem Spielplatz austoben.

Also in dieser Unterkunft kann man sich wirklich nur super erholen.
