4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom - Hampton Lakes with No Rear Neighbors

This spacious private floorplan features 4 bedrooms with 2 ensuites and a third full bathroom. Set back on a conservation lot this vacation home near DisneyWorld is a fantastic, private retreat!

Inside this lovely villa you will find a full size kitchen, complete with all major appliances just like home. Plenty of counter space to cook or bake fresh goods for those days you lounge by the pool. Sit in the breakfast nook and enjoy that morning coffee or tea. The kitchen opens to the family room with plenty of comfortable seating where you can read or watch TV. For those big meals you just might cook, there is more formal seating in the dining area.

The master bedroom has a queen bedroom set with cable tv and plenty of closet space. Attached to the bedroom is full size bathroom with double sinks, a large garden tub and shower stall. This bathroom has a private exit to the pool patio. The second master bedroom features another queen bedroom set with ample closet space and cable tv. This bedroom also has a private attached bathroom.

The third and fourth bedroom feature two twin beds in each room to sleep an additional 4 people. This vacation villa can sleep up to 8 people and hold two small families comfortably because of the floorplan.

When you head to the back screened in patio area you will find a large pool and shaded lanai with loungers and a table. Best of all it is located on a conservation lot for that added privacy.

The time I and my family estayed in Hampton Gardens was wonderful.

But I reccomend all people to estay with you because you really treated us very well.

Total Privacy When Using Pool

We have rented this villa four times to date, and have never been disappointed. It is beautifully appointed and maintained. The position of the villa on Hampton Lakes means that you have virtual total privacy when using the pool area, unlike many other houses in the area. The estate itself is very quiet and secure. We expect to return in the not too distant future Roger & Jackie

Lovely Villa in a splended location

Lovely Villa in a splended location. Clean, spacious and airey with everyting you could possibly want (and more). Central location gives good access, not only to the Disney Parks, but many other attractions as well. We have been several times before, and will be back!
