Beautiful stucco four bedroom, two bath house located on 1.34 acres. Loads of parking for all your jeeps, trailers, dirt bikes and vehicles. Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains from the front windows and the red rock cliffs of Moab Rim from the rear. This is not your standard Moab rental - which are mostly condos - you will have room to spread out here! We have a large fenced area - perfect for pets.

Located in the Spanish Valley area of Moab, you will be able to drive directly to trails but are only 7.5 miles from downtown Moab. The closest trails are located near Ken's Lake including Flat Pass - mountain biking trail - and Steel Bender - Jeep trail. You are also close to La Sal Mountain Loop Road for some great mountain and road biking in the La Sals during the hot summer months.

House is beautifully furnished and has full kitchen and great room with all the amenities including WiFi, satellite TV, fireplace, A/C, and radiant heating in floors. All floors are beautifully finished concrete.

Master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining bath which includes a claw-foot tub and fantastic slate shower. Second bedroom contains another queen bed. Third bedroom contains a full-size bed and fourth bedroom contains two twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV and alarm clock radios with iPod docking station. The second bath is large and fully tiled with tub and shower.

Pets are welcome!

Very big but increadibly dirty

The home had all of the room and commodities that were advertised. The home was filthy dirty though. For example the main bathroom had mold in the corners of the shower, long brown hair all over the floor that had to be cleaned up. In one of the bedrooms there was dog food spread all over the closet floor. We had to do a deep cleaning before we felt like the facilities were livable. Needless to say we all wore our shoes at all times.

Loved our stay. The extra parking really helps with all the toys. Liked staying all on the same level with a great gathering area. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for everything. Really appreciated having the fenced yard for our four legged children to play in. Would highly recommend this house for everybody.

This was a beautiful vacation home that comfortably slept all 10 members of our party, and was perfect for our trip to see both Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.

FAMILY JEEP TRIP

This house was as it was described. Large open kitchen, dining and living room was perfect for all members of the family to visit and stay in contact with each other as they went through their day. Everyone cooking was still included with everyone at the dining table and watching tv. Bedrooms were very nice for everyone. The master bedroom was excellent for my stay and the stand-up tiled shower was a very nice bonus feature. Overall everyone had a wonderful time and the openess of the house eleminited anyone getting on each others nerves.

No heat, cold in the morning

Owner's Response: The house has a gas fireplace and radiant in-floor heating. The in-floor heating is controlled by the central heat thermostats; however, it will not heat properly if the recirculation pump switch is not turned on. We will update the property access instructions to provide guidance for turning on the heat. We are always available by email or phone to respond to guests' issues. We also have a local property management company to respond to questions quickly.
