This charming 3-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse combines the cozy feeling of a mountain retreat coupled with the spaciousness of a large home. Cuddle up in front of the spectacular stone fireplace after a day on the slopes or take in the breathtaking mountain views while relaxing in the Jacuzzi. If you feel like trying the local hot spots, head out the front door and walk to the village or call the free dial-a-ride service that can take you wherever you wish in Beaver Creek. Meadows L-5 will provide you with just the right mixture of luxury, solitude and adventure.

The unit was completely renovated in the Spring of 2011 with brand-new appliances in the kitchen and 4 new flat screen T.V.’s (one in each of the three bedrooms and one in the great-room.) Located only 2 hours from Denver International Airport by car or a thirty-minute drive from the local Eagle/Vail airport. In the spring and summer, enjoy the championship clay-courts at the Beaver Creek tennis facility located directly out the front door. Bringing your computer? No problem, the unit has free Wi-Fi throughout.

About The Owner

Being from the South, the Sikes love to 'get away from it all' and head to Beaver Creek in Colorado where there is little heat and humidity.

The Owner purchased this townhome in 1997
Why The Owner chose Beaver Creek

Christine likes that there are more easy 'green' ski-slopes at the top of the mountain than any nearby resorts. 'I can see the whole mountain valley when I get to the top, it is absolutely mesmerizing in its grandeur. I don't get that at other ski-resorts.' Her son, James, adds 'Most ski-resorts cater to either skiiers or snow-boarders, at Beaver Creek, i get attention to both of my passionsl'
