House, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5-7)

Two bedroom house with den/bedroom, 2 bathrooms and two car garage in South Ft. Myers. Located in Parker Lakes, a 230 acre planned community that includes a neighborhood pool as well as a large community pool, hot tub and kids pool. Other community ammenities include a fitness center, four very nice hard court tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard and three wall handball courts.

House is in a great location. Seven miles to the beaches, 10 miles to the airport. Grocery stores, library, restaraunts and shopping are very close as well. If you are in to biking you can bike in Parker Lakes or get on the many bike trails that are close by.

The house was professionally decorated this summer! It has a king size bed in the master, twins in the second bedroom and a fold out (Simmons) in the den. The centerpiece of the backyard is a pond with goldfish and a waterfall.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need. House also has a washing machine and dryer and ironing board and iron.

I have been coming to this area for over 15 years coming to visit family that lived right around the corner from Parker Lakes. I fell in love with all of the things that South Florida has to offer.
