This beautiful loft building right at the base of Tubbs Hill and Sanders Beach. This was a previous business location that has been fully renovated into a brand new luxury waterfront home. This property is located right on the 11th Street Marina overlooking the breath-taking Lake Coeur d'Alene!

EVERYTHING in this property is brand spanking new! 3 bedroom 2 bath (1 king, 1 queen and 2 sets of bunk beds), along with a 1,000+ (yes that's a thousand plus) square foot private deck with outdoor kitchen, and hot tub for entertaining. The entire loft is wired for music all through the bedrooms, kitchen etc.

In summer time enjoy the lake, hiking, Silverwood Themepark and area entertainment then return to the Loft where you can relax, make dinner and watch the stars from your private deck. In the winter do some snowshoeing, skiing, and return to the loft where you can make some hot cocoa and relax by the fireplace while watching the snow drift past the huge living room windows.

Golf: Be sure to check into the famous Lake Coeur d'Alene Golf Course's floating green. The golf course is less than 5 miles from our location. We also have one of the US top 10 public courses just about 25 minutes south of us. Circling Raven.

Ski: We have 5 mountain passes within an hour of the Loft! Silver Mountain, Lookout Pass, Schweitzer, Mount Spokane, and 49 Degrees North! Why not try them all while you're here!

My family stayed at the loft this last September and wished we had an extra week to stay. We rented this all be together for my mothers 85th birthday so 3 generations were under one roof for a week and not one fight. My adult children loved the area and kept busy playing on the lake and in town. We had a catered birthday party with 35 people and did not feel crowded at all. Everyone was in augh of the loft. I normally don't like to cook on vacations but the kitchen made it a pleasure. It would have been my favorite spot in the loft except for the master shower. So many nice touches like heated floors, hot tub, large patio with a BBQ to die for, and charming round windows made us all fall in love with the house. Hope to come back again.

We booked this beautiful place as soon as we saw it's location. We were very excited about our first trip to Coeur D'Alene and this place did not disappoint. We were welcomed by Don on the first day and given a full tour of the home and any special concerns/questions were addressed with the functioning of the loft. Extremely quiet neighborhood and soooo close to Dowtown activities. The loft was perfect for 4 adults 4 children and 2 dogs(dog run on the deck-so thoughtful). access to Sanders beach was awesome, so close you can leave the vehicles behind and you don't have to pack everything up to go to beach as the loft is about 2 min walk from the beach. The outdoor deck was beautiful, coked all the meals outside and enjoyed the view of the lake all day, so much space !!! The loft was very clean and well looked after, the caretaker on site was there when we needed and very friendly and courteous. Tubbs hill was great! We took the dogs out up the hill for walks right into downtown and back using the pathways and the Dogs loved the water at the base of the entrance to the path on the Loft side of the hill. Our communications with Georgi were very professional and she gave us some great helpful advice and links to activities in Coeur D'Alene. We will be back! Very soon!
