Totally Remodeled, Waterfront, 2 Master Bedrooms with bathrooms

We have been staying on Siesta Key now for the last 4 yrs. We will probably retire and buy something here. We have stayed at one place for those four years until we found Kim's place.We are here as i write this. This place will be our last stop until we retire in 6yrs. and buy something. We do not usually write reviews but i feel i must to help out anyone looking for an incredible place to stay on the Key. This place is all brand new inside. It has two king suites and anything you need to cook with, go to the beach with or anything else you will need. If you need anything Kim will answer the phone and rectify any concerns you may have, which i doubt there will be. Her prices are the best we have found on the Key. You get so much bang for your buck in this place .The view is fantastic. Either sit in the screened in porch or take about 15 seconds and walk out to the pier and watch the boats and fish go by. We strongly recommend this place. We know you won't be disappointed.

Two couples stayed here and it was so comfortable , it was more then we envisioned . Everything in the townhouse was very high end . The sofas were so comfortable , the bed's were so comfortable and there were king beds in both master suites ! The ensuites along with everything else in the townhouse has been renovated . High end fridge with ice maker , washer and dryer , front load . There was beach chairs , both loungers and sand chairs , beach umbrella , coolers , everything you need for the beach , you don't have to buy anything ! The lanai was very comfortable for our morning coffee and breakfast , so relaxing ! The location is great , we went to Venice (Sharky's pier ) , Longboat key , Turtle Beach , Siesta Key main beach and every beach was so easy to get to all within minutes . Kim was so great to work with , she was always in contact with me , asking if i had any other questions , when i did , she promptly answered all my questions . I would highly recommend this high end townhouse , you will not get anything better for the price and the quality you get inside this townhouse ! I would stay here again and again !
