House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Great house..Great location! Come and enjoy an upscale furnished house in a beautiful community loaded with ammenities. Multiple pools await you with waterslides during the summer months. Bicycling or walking on the 5 mile scenic pathway are a great way to spend time. Wind down on the patio in our private back yard where you can bbq, play badmitton on the lawn or join in a game of cards. Private master suite will spoil you with a comfy king bed with wonderful linens and a large soaking tub. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a nicely appointed full bath. All three bedrooms have flatscreen tv's, alarm clocks and either dvd players, Playstation or Ipod docking station. You will find everything you need in the kitchen to cook or host. Seating for four at the eating bar, and an additional four at the dining table round out the open concept of the house. Wi-fi and a wireless printer furnish a work station off the entry.

Peoria is a terrific launch point to many activities in the Pheonix area. Only 15 mins to the Peoria or Surprise stadiums, minutes to shopping, dozens of dining choices, theatres, water parks, zoo and nightlife. Sedona is a scenic day trip that is only 1hr 20 mins away and a bit further you can visit the Grand Canyon. Scottsdale is filled with galleries to enjoy! The possiblities are endless for a short or long term visit and this house is sure to make you feel right at home!

About The Owner

During a spring break visit to Arizona, we fell in love with Peoria. The community of Vistancia is so gorgeous and lush! It wasn't at all what we had pictured....thinking of a barren dessert and instead finding a a playground for every interest.

Peoria Sports Complex is about 20 mins away and we enjoy watching the Mariners during February and March. Having great shopping, restaurants and sunshine are a treat for us, as we live in Washington state.

We pride ourselves on taking excellent care of our home, from regular gardening maintenance to frequent pest control to keep bugs at bay. We enjoy our home as often as we can get away throughout the

year and have decided to offer it to the vrbo renters.

The Owner purchased this house in 2009

Home is located in a newer luxury appointed community, featuring lush landscape, resort style pools, waterslides for spring and summer use, shade areas, playgrounds all only 5 mins to nearest shopping area. Peoria Sports Complex is 15 mins away, Lake Pleasant, 10 mins, Trilogy golf course& Spa across the street! You can have a great day trip to Sedona or Scottsdale as everything is easily accessed with something for everyone!

We stayed for a couple of months while our new home was built and to care for an ill parent. The home is very well appointed and the owners are very easy to work with. They will answer any request. The home is better than the pictures, it was stocked with everything we needed and more! The community was great, excellent pools, schools and golf. You will not be disappointed with this choice!

Fantastic

We stayed for 4 weeks at this house. It was perfect for our Winter break. This is a fairly new property so as you'd expect it's in great condition, it's also very well equipped for visitors. The private back garden was ideal for sitting outside at meal times and we enjoyed using the huge BBQ. We found the neighbourhood to be very quiet. Janelle was very helpful at each stage of the booking and with my queries along the way.

The house is located approx 40 miles from Downtown Phoenix. It is a good base for exploring Arizona, particularly if you are planning to go northwards to the Grand Canyon, Sedona etc.

Overall, a great place for a Winter holiday, we loved it and would thoroughly recommend it to other travellers.

The description of the home was accurate as well as some of the amenities in the area. It was a plesant surprise to arrive at this rental with everything clean and so nicely decorated. Another surprise is the beautiful backyard where we often enjoyed our evening meal. I would recommend this property to a friend. We also enjoyed having access to the heated pool. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We loved it .

Pictures are accurate and there is considerablely more when you arrive, you will be pleasanly surprised or just impressed. My wife and I arrived late at night and what a pleasant releif to come into this lovely home that is spacious and inviting. We felt warm and relaxed instantly with this condo and it was much more than we needed. Beautifully decorated, well organized and VERY clean with all the comforts of home.
Janelle was quick with replying to our questions and anticipating our needs. She is well organized and timely with information at every stage of the booking, stay, and followup after the stay.

In short a beautiful home, excellent owners, execellent price. What more can you ask for?
They exceeded our expectations and needs, resulting in a wonderful stay and an excellent experience.
