Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Beautiful condo with magnificent sunset views. Completely remodeled with new kitchen and bathrooms. Lower level unit with extra large lanai that walks out to the 18th fairway of the Kona Country Club golf course. Beautiful ocean views.

The master bedroom has a king size bed,ocean views, an attached bathroom with a walk in shower,and sliding doors to the lanai. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be attached to make a king bed. A full second bathroom has an extra deep soaking tub with shower.

The fully equiped kitchen features mahogny cabinets with Silestone counters, microwave and dishwasher.

This unit has 3 flat screen TV's, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. It also features a gas B-B-Q grill on the lani, washer and dryer,ceiling fans in both bedrooms and 2 in the living area, beach towells,beach chairs,umbrellas,a cooler and boogie boards.

Country Club Villas offers 3 pools with hot tubs and 3 tennis courts. It is a short walk to Keahou Shopping Center where you will find resturants,Saturday morning farmers market, a movie theater, shopping, and a grocery store.

Check out Keahou Bay for some great on the water adventure, or take a short drive to Kahaluu Beach for snorkeling, or to Magic Sands Beach.

The Big Island has a lot to offer and our Country Club Villa is a perfect place to start.

My husband and I as well and my daughter and her husband spent 12 wonderful days in this condo. It is beautifully updated, had everything we needed (the washer and dryer were especially handy) and was stocked with many many items. The fans throughout the condo are more than enough and a/c is not necessary - just leave the sliders open in the evening and enjoy the breeze. The entire complex was quiet and everyone was so nice and friendly. The pools were refreshing and there was always enough room for everyone. The condo was a great "home" for us and it was very difficult to leave.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

Fabulous Christmas 2011

Can't say enough good things about our time in this condo! We and our two boys spent the week after Christmas here and used it as a base to explore this intriguing Island. Great location near the town/bay and quick access to the highway. Right on the golf course with spectacular sunset views. We even grilled up some steaks on the BBQ in back and had dinner on the patio.

The unit is "brand new" having just been completely remodeled. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Appliances are all new and fully furnished.

We would have no hesitation to rent this condo again if we go back to the "Big Island".
