Fabulous experience

My husband and I, and two other couples, recently recently returned (March 3, 2013) from spending a fabulous week at this gorgeous, elegant condo. The views and sounds of the ocean were spectacular. The condo was much larger than expected and beyond beautiful.
We enjoyed breakfast and lunch most days at the private Beach Club lounging by the pool, or reading on the beach. The prices were surprisingly reasonable. The professional staff was second to none. We watched sunsets from the hot tub, fixed dinners listening to great music. Every step of the way, there were kind, friendly staff to assist us with whatever we needed. Unbelievable!
Thank you Bob, for sharing your lovely piece of paradise.
Highly recommended. We are coming back!

My family and I (5 total) stayed at Bob Kowal's beautiful condo for a week last summer. The condo, beach and grounds are actually more beautiful and wonderful than described in Homeaway. The condo had 180 degree oceanfront views; we kayaked 10 minutes to the best snorkeling in PV; the incredibly helpful manager (Fernando) and staff made our stay perfect. There is a little poolside restaurant that serves food and drinks from 9am until 4pm. The prices are incredibly reasonable. The most expensive thing on the menu was a steak or grilled shrimp for $5.00. We lived at the beach and pool, ate, drank, read books, played cards and watched the pelicans. The water at the private beach was both very clear and very warm -- highly unusual for the Pacific. I lounged for hours in the ocean just watching the pelicans. The staff set up lounging chairs and brought us everything we needed. I cannot emphasize how great this place was.

We stayed at this condo for one week in April of 2012. It was a fantastic stay!! We have 5 children and wanted a very private place where we could just relax and rest. This was perfect. The food on site is superb and extremely cheap because its subsidized by the owners. Its very quiet and has wonderful views. The entire complex is cared for with great detail. The property manager hired a chef to come in for most of our dinners (the clubhouse closes at 4) and she was excellent and reasonably priced. The decor of the unit was tasteful with high end amenities. Our kids loved having a private elevator.

Honestly, cant say enough good things about this place. We are somewhat picky and have stayed at many different places in PV and this condo was great.

Pristine and Super Convenient

We stayed here for a week in February with our 3 kids and had an amazing vacation. The condo is brand new, modern decor, amazing views from ever room, fully stocked high end kitchen, gas grill, sound system, beautiful bedding, spa bathrooms, etc. However best aspect is the complex itself. It's private, quaint/not overbuilt (maybe 8 units total?) and has everything you need on the property. Two pools, private beach, work out room, made to order cafe/restaurant (feel like you have a private chef)...and convenient to town. I'm a pretty high maintenance traveler with high expectations and we were really happy with this trip.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
