Brand New Loft- 1 block to the Beach* Great for Families. Sleeps 8- Huge Terrace

There is really nothing like this unit for rent anywhere in south Beach.. It's a brand new modern Loft Type Apartment with designer furniture.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Full Designer Kitchen, washer and Dryer in the Unit. There is a 400 sq ft terrace in the front and also a 500 sq ft terrace in the back of the condo (Sky Loft #3 has the Hot Tub)

If you need space this is the unit for you. Located in a small modern building built new from the ground up in 2010. The condo contains all modern furniture. In the event you need more space we do have another unit available in the building. We also have parking available in the building for $15 per night additional. We have 4 of these Units available in the building.

We Have Sky Lofts 1-4 *** Sky Loft #3 is the only unit with a Private Hot Tub**
