Sexten is an idyllic mounatin village with 2000 inhabitants, apart the plenty driven travel roads, embedded in the unique Dolomites with the worldwidely popular “Drei Zinnen” (Three Merlons). Although everything that happens in Sexten is in small scale, everything is offered to the guest. Nothing is left to be desired: All types of wintersports are possible, as well as climbing, hiking, bicycling and lots more in the summer. Sexten hists lots of events which will make children's hearts leap for joy.

Our house in hill-side location is only a few steps from the centre of the village. The Hocheckstraße is no thoroughfare and therefore really quiet and child-friendly. Our sunny, quietly located home offers a fantastic view onto the dolomites of Sexten. This advantageous location offers easy access to hiking and skiing paths without using the car, which you can park in our spacious garage.

Your stay in our house: We are always happy to provide further information without any commitment. If it is possible we try to respond to the special wishes of our guests, because it is close to our hearts that your stay will be an unforgettable experience.

The Rotwand is very suitable for families with children because of its clearly arranged slopes, fast drivers ski on the Helm, where you can enjoy a lot of sunshine, also in the winter. Beginners make their first experiences at the Waldheimlift, where a friendly, professional ski school works.

Golf: At the nearby Kreuzbergpass a small golf course has been built, where you can exercises in the summer.

Ski: Furthermore there is a training ground direct next to the house. You reach the Helm with the Bruggerlift, which means you do not have to use your car. Cross-country skiers find everything their heart desires. The famous ski touring slope into the Fischleintal Valley leads you into a snowy paradise, the heightened alp path connects three cottages, which are also open in the winter. Well trained walkers can ski along the 60 km (one way) through the Höhlensteintal Valley all the way to Cortina.

This apartment is cosily and comfortably furnished. The furniture is custom-made of massive wood and therefore very suitable for allergy-sufferers. We took care to only use natural and easy to clean materials. In the cosy, bright seating corner you can enjoy the silence and enjoy your meals in a relaxed manner. In the functionally equipped kitchen you can prepare local meals or simply some sandwiches.
