3 BR, 3.5 Baths, Sleeps 6 Maximum

This condo is located in the quaint town of Bolton Landing. There are restaurants and shops locates within one mile. The condo property is located on the lake and there is a small sandy area for swimming as well as a waterfront deck complete with a grill, picnic table and lounge chairs. The pool is heated and there is a tennis court as well as a jungle gym and tether ball. There are several outdoor grills near the pool and an open pit perfect for bon fires.

We provide you with linens as well as beach towels.

This condo is not used solely for rentals. It is also our family vacation home, and has movies, games, a fully stocked kitchen, etc. If you have small children, we could also lend you a pack and play or stroller.
