BEDROOMS: King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, two double beds in 3rd bedroom. Sleeper sofa in living room. Rollaway bed and pack & play are available with advance notification.

We are conveniently located 5 miles from the beach, Daytona International Speedway and Daytona International Airport. Just 1.5 miles to I-95 for ease of getting north, south or west (to see a little mouse named Mickey). Just about an hour to Disney.
My husband and I and our two children rented this vacation house and loved it! The house was very clean and well maintained! The bedrooms are large and the living room was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed and felt very comfortable here. We especially loved being on the lake. It was beautiful to watch the sunrise every morning out on the patio. My children loved bird watching too. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants which my family loved. I highly recommend this rental!
We've been to this property 3 times for fishing trips to central Florida. Clean and quiet...nice screen porch looking out to the lake. Easy to work with management. Plenty of room.
Great home for our NASCAR weekend get away. Perfect neighborhood that was close to everything! Screened in porch was simply perfect. Home could use some updates in living room furniture, but overall was just right! (Property manager was AMAZING to work with as well!)
Very quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. We have stayed here two 2 years in a row and we would
use this location again if we traveled to the area. House sits a on small lake. A lot of squirrels and birds of all types to watch. Very easy to relax here. Easy access and not far from shopping and just a few minutes to the beach or restaurants.
Me and my husband have a business and we travel about 90% of the year. We have been renting homes for more than 4 years. We rented Andreas home while doing work for the school system. This home was and still is one of our favorite homes we rented. First and foremost the beds at this home are more comfortable than any other home we rented. Second the kitchen is huge with plenty of counter space for multiple people making different meals, which worked so well for us because we had 3 employees staying with us. Also the seating in the living room provided enough space for everyone to comfortably sit and enjoy without being on top of one another. The home was fully equiped and it was clean. The neighborhood and back screened porch was nice too. The place makes you feel at home and gives everyone their own space. If we ever work in the area again we will be back and look forward to it.
