This is one of the most unique homes in Coeur d'Alene. It is a two-story home built around a totally enclosed year-round heated pool. There are fireplaces in three of the four bedrooms and private balconies, decks and patios and where one can simply relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.

In the summer, you are within minutes of all the recreational facilities of the lake and the river, as well as thrilling sea plane rides over the lake. Hiking and biking trails abound.

In the winter, you are an hour away from three separate, uncrowded, ski/snowboard resorts.

Alternatively, all year round one can enjoy the museums, art galleries, antique shops, live theatre and symphony. Coeur d'Alene really does have it all and our home is, without a doubt, a stunning surprise.

Silverwood: This beautiful home is in northern Coeur d'Alene; therefore, is only about 12 miles to Silverwood, the Inland North West's largest theme park.

Kootenai County Fairground: The property is less than a mile from the Kootenai County fairgrounds where events take place all year long.

Lake Coeur d'Alene: Although not lakeside, it takes but minutes to get downtown and to the lake. Because we are in an older established neighborhood, there is a lot of private parking on the property.

Yes it is a romantic getaway

At first glance a single couple doesn't seem like a good fit for such a large place. But the truth is it was extremely romantic and cozy for the two of us. The house was very comfortable even though we didn't really use any of the upstairs areas other than the kitchen. The pool and hot tub are first rate. Kids will love it. Adults will too. Ros was very accommodating and everything was clean and ready. We arrived right after the summer season ended in Coeur d'Alene but we still had a good time in town. It was a great romantic vacation for two.

Wonderful house

We enjoyed every aspect of this home. The rooms were quiet and beautifully maintained. The swimming pool was used every day as well as the hot tub. We did a puzzle while using the humongous deck. the kitchen provided us with everything we needed. The games room was used by the boys. It was paradise for 3 days.

Fabulous!

House was perfect for my family. The kids swam almost all day, It was very spacious. The house had many televisions so everyone had their own, It had a great pool table. The pool had many rafts, noodles, and volleyball net. I would recommend this house and will rent it again in the future. I can't fully express how wonderful the week was for us. Was close to restaurants, market, gas station and Latte Land(best lattes in town). Thank you Roz for your comfortable beds and beautiful decor.

A great getaway

If you are looking for a great place to escape and relax this house has everything you are looking for!! Whether lounging around the pool and hot tub, playing pool, or exploring the streets and lakes of beautiful downtown Coeur d'Alene that is just minutes away. We (6 of us in our early-late 20's) stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect getaway. Ros is great to work with and makes everything about your trip simple and enjoyable!! Such a unique and truly enjoyable house is an experience you shouldn't miss. Thanks again Ros!!
