Centrally located in Chico, CA. just a short drive to California State University Chico and Bidwell Park located on East Ave. this 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is perfect for the traveler who wants a bit more privacy than a hotel can offer. The patio is equipped with a new BBQ. Smoking in NOT permitted anywhere on property. Pets are not allowed. Washer/Dryer available inside unit.
About The Owner

Ken owns and operates a local business where he does van conversions for wheelchair accessibility. He originally remodeled one of his apartments so that his clients could have a comfortable place to stay during their visit to Chico. He then realized the need for furnished apartments in the Chico area and converted a few more of his units to vacation rentals. As an avid traveler Ken often stays at VRBO properties world wide and enjoys the amenities that VRBO properties can offer which is sometimes lacking in hotels. The photo above is from a recent trip with his daughter in NY where Ken was raised.

Like a home away from home. This rental had everything necessary to live normally. I especially enjoyed the grill. This is a necessity in our household. Other niceties included the flat screen TV, Cable, and WiFi. Very nice coffee maker kitchen utensils. Overall, a very nice experience.

Once again, the VRBO staff (Liz) was fantastic and very accomadating to all our needs. The property was in excellent condition and we now consider VRBO our home away from home when returning to Chico.

Great apartment, very clean, quiet and perfect for a family that needs more space than a hotel room. Would recommend and when I visit Chico I will defiantly stay here again.

Perfect for a weekend in Chico

When we decided at the last minute to head up for UC Chico graduation, all of the hotels were booked so we decided to check out the VRBO inventory. This apartment was significantly better than any hotel option we could dreamed of. The location is perfect, it is big and very nice with easy parking to boot. There is absolutely no reason to ever get a hotel room when this is available.
