Villa, 2 Bedrooms + Den, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)

(Booked through 4-30-13) Please note that December must be included with any January rental.

Our beautiful new 1618 sq. ft. villa with 2 bed/2 bath and den (sleeps 4-6) in Kings Point @ Sun City Center!

Located on the western-edge of south-central Florida you are within a half-hour drive of Tampa, a quick 20-minute commute to Apollo Beach, and less than 40 minutes to Sarasota and St. Pete Beach! We have completely furnished our condo and Florida provides the sun!

KITCHEN/GREAT ROOM/SEPARATE DINING

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and lots of cabinet space and island. The Great Room is furnished with comfort in mind and includes a large LCD TV. Entertain your guests in the spacious dining room.

BEDROOMS:

The master suite is furnished with a king bed and LCD TV with a large walk-in closet and adjoining master bath. The master bath is complete with a walk-in tiled shower and his/hers sinks.

The guest room is furnished with a queen bed, dresser and large closet. This split bedroom design offers guests privacy.

DEN:

Furnished with queen pull-out sleeper and LCD TV.

LANAI:

Enjoy sitting on the Ianai overlooking a beautiful pond and golf course.

Our villa is decorated with the comfort of our guests being our first priority. We want everyone to enjoy the experience of Kings Point as much as we do!

Sun City Center offers six (6) ClubLink courses. Kings Point offers two (2) recreational facilities that will make you feel like you are at a high-end resort.

About The Owner

My husband and I are from Wisconsin and are anxiously awaiting our retirement. Until then, we have decided to invest in our vacation home which will eventially become our winter retreat once we are retired.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2011
Why The Owner chose Sun City

We have spent many years visiting our family in Florida. We have a son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren in Orlando. A new grandson is on his way. We also have a brother and sister who winter in Florida. We fell in love with the Gulf Coast. Sun City Center's location provides access to the best that Florida has to offer.

What makes this villa unique

During our many trips, we became hooked on Pickleball. It was a must to any community we joined.
