You and your kids will not forget your vacation trip with this nice and beautiful house. This house was built and completed in Jan/2011. It's 2000 living Sqft. with 4 bed / 3 barths plus a Jetted Jacuzzi tub.... it's only 15-minute walk to Disneyland. And you can view fireworks every night.

Andy was Great house was very spacious

This is the first time we had ever rented a house. I was so impressed with the owner, Andy he was so helpful in everything we needed. We had some of us going to Disneyland and some going to the beach. Andy gave us one key to the house and we were worried how we would schedule it so the person with the key would get back at the time for each family. Andy fixed it for us he installed a combo lock. That was such a great relief also made us feel more comfortable about him being able to change the combo after he rented it to the next person. The house was such a great location easy to get to. It felt like a very safe area. It was just a short walk to the restaurants and the bus stop. The convention center is just 10 min or so walk. Andy was so understanding with our family he went far and beyond what he had to in order to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for being so understanding. We felt that our stay was one to remember. The kids watched fireworks from the upstairs bedroom window. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. It is just behind the Crown Plaza this is where we usually stay when we come to Disneyland. Just a few minutes to Disneyland parking lot. We bought our tickets for Disneyland at AAA so we got free parking at Disneyland. The house has parking for 2 cars in the driveway and you could park 2 in the garage but we chose to park across the street in the hotel parking lot.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

A great Location

This house has a great location if you are visiting Disneyland. It is very spacious and can accommodate quite a few people. We had a group of 8 people, and there was plenty of room for all. There were lots of linens and most of the amenities you would expect. We used the OCTD 43 bus to get to Disneyland and found that to be a good alternative for us.
My complaint about this house is the kitchen. It was very poorly stocked and some of the items were not clean, and we could not get the dishwasher to work. It would make all the difference if there was a baking tray, an oven proof pan, a veggie peeler, and a couple more water glasses. We only ate in a couple of times so the impact was minimal, but still annoying to find these things out after a long day of Disneyland.
All in all I do not hesitate to recommend this place. It is spacious. You have use of the garage, and you can see the Disneyland fireworks from the upstairs landing every night. We had a nice stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

My vacation

This was my first time to stay in a vacation home and we loved and enjoyed it. The house was very spacious, the owner was just a phone call away if you have any needs or question. This is a perfect vacation house, very clean. I had a big family and we all had fun went to disneyland and the beach.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

The house is big which can accomodate big family. It's a newer house so it looks clean. However, the house do not have enough kitchen utensil and other items. Can opener is not working. It's more than 15 min walk to disneyland. About 25-30 min walk.

I am sorry for the inconvenience you have faced to.... the utensil set was enough for party of 12 (I'll stock more) I don't know how many people total in your group!!!! about walking to Disneyland, everyone walks different way. I've walked there few times with friends and it took us about 15 minutes, anyway I'll fixed the description on VRBO and will indicate that it takes 20 min. to Disneyland.... again, thanks for your feedback.

Family vacation perfection!

We choose to stay here because we were visiting Disneyland / California Adventure for two days in a row. The house is spacious and was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children (6yo girl and 4yo girl). The girls loved sleeping in the bunk beds.

Getting to Disneyland was quick and easy using OCTD 43 public bus line. A quick 5 minute ride and we were right in front of Disneyland and with buses running every 15 minutes, it was a cheap alternative to paying for parking at the amusement parks.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
