A lovely space (570 square footage) located on Upper Main Street in Edgartown. Seapines is steps away from marketing, bike path and Martha's Vineyard Transit Authority. A 10 minute walk to down town proper of which boasts shopping and galleries in which you can find all sorts of eclectic treasures to spice up your wardrobe or to compliment your home.decor.

Bend in the Road beach,is a 15 minute walk or a 3 minute bike ride. 3 miles to Katama South Beach.

The Transit Authority is easy when the summer traffic has hit its peak, therefore a vehicle is not necessary. The bus can take you anywhere on Island. Parking is available at Seapines for 1 automobile.

Hot Tub and outdoor grill is communal.

Please make auto reservations first before booking Seapines 3.

The kitchen is a small galley kitchen with refrigerator, small stove, bar sink. Perfect for small food preparations. The gas grill sits on the deck. Full bath, The living space consists of two spacious rooms, one with a cherry queen sleigh bed , comfortable reading areas, and high pine wood ceiling. The other has a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 daybeds that covert into 2 twin beds. Each room has cable TV. A divider is placed between both rooms to allow privacy.

Seapines landscape is suttle and elegant. There are various indigenous plant material throughout the yard. The gardener (me) who has no background in landscape design, is very proud of the blossoms, color and fragrance. The various greenery, bushes shrubs and trees offers privacy in a very busy summer resort town. Pets are family too ! Read on for details.

About Owner/Gigi

I grew up in this cottage in the summer time. The original property was a small shack purchased by my parents. With their originality and creativity, the shack became a home. I purchased Seapines in 1995 and added the 5th addition. With the family dispersed, I decided to create 3 separate, private living quarters each with it's own washer/dryer, kitchen facility and bath.

I am accommodating to my guests and am available upon request. It's your vacation, your adventure.

I love this property for many reasons. The flow of the land and the convenient location, just a walk to do daily errands. Seapines 3 is the most economical choice for what it has to offer in Edgartown. Washer/dryer, outside shower/full bath, grill, hot tub. Clean, comfortable and easy.

What makes this apartment unique

We know pets are family too. We will allow a well behaved medium to small dog. The 'puppy rules' must be followed. #! Dog must be crates when left alone #2 Dog must have bark collar (excessive barking is not allowed) #3 Potty pick ups a MUST. It won't work unless these rules are followed. An extra $50 fee is added to your stay.

You can also ask for housekeeping service. Please check and read your welcome letter for details.

A 2 person Kayak (jackets and paddles) is available for you to take to the beach for a small daily fee.

If you see a time on the calender that you would like to reserve, and it is not already a confirmed reservation and the week (or desired) time is vacant, feel free to make an offer. If the offer is reasonable, it will be considered.

Additional information about rental rates

After verbal /e-mail confirmation, you, the guest, may pay deposit directly into the account or send a check or money order to 66 Pinehurst Rd. Edgartown. If the deposit is not received by a specific agreed upon time, the reservation is null and void. Credit cards are not accepted.
Fees And Taxes A refundable $200. deposit for cleaning and/or damages will be returned after your departure. A non-refundable deposit of half the amount of your stay is required to secure your reservation. A Massachusetts State Tax of .0625 will be included in the final bill which will be paid upon your arrival.

  • The galley kitchen and bathroom are small but functional. This space was cleverly created in order to offer the luxury of a full bath room. A wonderful option is the outside shower, completely enclosed to insure privacy. Showers are required prior to hot tub use.

  • The queen cherry sleigh bed sits on one side of Seapines three, comfortable nestles facing the french doors. The Twin Day beds are useful for relaxing while watching television during the day/early evening hours and then transforms into comfortable 2 twin beds. A room divider allows for privacy.
