If you are looking for a beautiful home in an excellent holiday location then look no further. After travelling the world for 20 years I have found my piece of paradise right here and I would like to share it with my guests My home is tastefully decorated in Florida colours and fully equipped to the highest standards. We are just minutes from Manasota Key and Lemon Bay gulf beaches, convenient for Boca Grande and a range of water based sports, restaurants, nature parks and the very best sunsets. We also have free local calls by telephone and a paperback book library for those who wish to just relax by the pool.

GOLF AND SPORTING ACTIVITIES: The villa is located in the rotonda golfing community with 3 championship golf courses almost on our doorstep. Within 30 minutes drive you will find a further 12 courses - most are public or semi private with no membership required. Watersports/fishing/boat charters all available on manasota beach which is just 10 minutes from the villa. Tennis courts available in englewood centre and a wide arrange of nature walks and parks Rotunda is situated in an exclusive residential area filled with intersecting canals - ideal for walking.

SIGHTSEEING AND EXCURSIONS: Boca grande with its white sands and turquoise waters are a must see. Visit an 'olde worlde' florida village centre and drive past the multi million dollar homes on the cape haze peninsula. Manasota key and the barrier islands are also just minutes away. Venice with its pier, harbour and village square lined with antique stores is worth a visit. Port charlotte is perfect for a shopping expedition with one of the largest malls in southwest florida and just 20 minutes drive. Ellenton and sarasota both have huge shopping outlet centres no more than 45 minutes away for bargains galore.

TRAVEL PLANS: Shona and gavin have both spent many years traveling the world and living in both the united kingdom and america. We are close to fort myers/sarasota and tampa international airports all of which are less than 75 minutes away. Orlando is approx 2 hours 15 by car
