In addition to the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open concept kitchen/eating area and living room we offer a den and formal dining room. This home will comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The large master bedroom has a king sized bed, beautiful ensuite with a soaker tub, separate shower, dual sinks and large walk-in closet. There is also a flatscreen TV and DVD player for those that like to watch TV in bed.
The other two bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds and share a large bathroom.
The comfortable and cozy living room is furnished with a reclining leather sofa, matching love seat, reading chair and ottoman, decorative tables and a 48” flat screen TV and DVD player. Our cable package includes over 200 channels. We offer free long distance calling throughout the US and Canada.
This area is a golfer’s paradise – there are 14 courses within a 30 mile radius – not to mention many more beyond . . .
If you are a shopper there is fabulous shopping not too far away (San Tan Village, Scottsdale Fashion Mall, Kierland Commons, Chandler Fashion Mall). You must visit the Queen Creek Olive Mill (Arizona’s only working olive farm) which is only minutes away. The restaurant is great and they offer over 50 different varieties of olive oil and have a very quaint gift shop.
If you are a sports enthusiast, Phoenix is for you: Phoenix Coyotes (NHL), NASCAR, Arizona Diamondbacks baseball, Baseball Spring Training, Arizona Cardinals Football (NFL) and so much more. If you want to participate, there is abundant hiking nearby, horseback riding, mountain biking, and, of course, did we mention golf.
