MINIMUM STAY 1 WEEK.

2 Br. 2 Ba. attached cottage with private pool ( for your exclusive use) with short walk to bay beaches. The cottage is attached to the owner's house with separate entrances and separate driveways. Sunny and light in tranquil wooded setting, the private kitchen has all appliances. Located in East Hampton's NW woods, between Hands Creek harbor and beautiful Sammy's Beach and scenic Cedar Pt. County Park. Short drive to East Hampton village.

ALL Utilities Included. (elec., cable, tel., WiFi, etc.). Weekly pool service and cleaning service included.

No post departure cleaning fee.
