This condo is a welcoming retreat in our beautiful city of Savannah. Your suite overlooks the Live Oak studded Forsyth Park that is just outside your door. Take the time to rest, recharge and then explore all the treasures Savannah has to offer.
Forsyth Park is a sprawling 30 acre jewel located in the heart of Savannah’s historic district. Originally created in the 1840s it has become a popular tourist attraction and an even more popular spot for the locals. The park has a one mile walking perimeter and is home to a beautiful cast iron fountain found at the North end. This fountain was erected in 1858 and is patterned after the fountains in the Place de la Concorde in Paris. Many activities are to be found in the park such as: a splash pool, a children’s playground, a fragrant garden for the blind, a café, an outdoor stage hosting plays and live music. On any given day, the park is full of outdoor enthusiast involved in soccer tournaments, Frisbee games, those using the walking path, tennis courts, basketball courts and is the home field for the Savannah Shamrocks Rugby Club. Sit and relax on a blanket or take a chair with you and enjoy the show. Don’t forget to engage in an old southern pass time of people watching. Ready to explore, just follow a map to great restaurants, shops and boutiques.

This condo with its high ceilings and beautiful heart pine floors has been furnished with a comfortable sofa that converts to a queen sleeper for additional guests. No need to worry about your guests sleeping comfortably, a covered foam topper and high thread count linens are stored and ready for their use.
No reason to rush. Kick back on the sofa with your current read or enjoy one of ours. Not in the mood for reading, then how about a movie? We offer a large selection of DVDs, ranging from (my favorite) sci-fi, romance, classics and movies filmed in and around Savannah. Not forgetting the young and very young, a selection available for their viewing too. For those discerning individuals, a movie review binder is available to screen your films before viewing. Movies enjoyed on a 37 inch HD flat screen with cable and premium movie channel.
A friend described the bedroom as “serene “… clear and free of storms or unpleasant change. Wow, need I say more? A large window overlooks the South end of Forsyth Park. Sit and enjoy a beverage or glass of wine while planning your day or just watch the lively activities from your vantage point. If it’s the end of your day, unwind on your inviting pillow top California King bed and watch a different movie than your guests or children. Same DVD selection available but due to expanse of the bedroom, your viewing is on a 50 inch HD flat screen with cable and premium movie channel. WIFI / internet present. Sandman has your eyes, fall asleep between high count linens/ a flannel blanket and the lull of a ceiling fan.
A pretty white bathroom with a shower tub combination. Bring your favorite or use the complimentary body wash. There are plenty of thick white towels to dry off with after a long hot shower.
Time won’t wait. Savannah is beautiful in the morning. Your fully equipped kitchen can assist you with preparing breakfast or just grace you with a scrumptious cup of Joe. The kitchen is furnished with a farm table and 4 chairs.
Your suite is within a short walk to a whole food store, many coffee shops and a grocery store. Only a short drive to a filling station (gas station).
Delia Row has been owned and cared for over the last 26 years by the same owner. Much TLC has been rendered over those years. The owners are available locally for questions or concerns. Whether this is your first stay or a returning guest, we welcome the opportunity to serve you. The unit is cleaned by the owner and can be accessed only by the owner and yourself.
