Oro Valley House Rental Photos and Description
House, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)
(Minimum rental of 3mos. during winter season.) We invite you to experience the beauty and grandeur of mountain sunrises and sunsets from our new home away from home and future retirement home. Our lovely home has fresh new furnishings including high quality mattresses and bedding and HE LG washer and dryer. New for 2012, we offer a lovely remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, granite and new lighting. The guest bath has been updated and the full interior has been freshly painted.
Our 1858 sq. ft. home features a large entry opening to formal living/dining areas that flow into the family room, nook and kitchen. With high ceilings and an abundance of windows, it is very open. French doors open into each of the bedrooms and a guest bath with generous vanity and tub/shower combo is just outside the queen guest bedroom. The king master bedroom is light and roomy, with an extra-large walk-in closet. The open master bath has dual vanities, an oval tub and separate shower (both with glass block walls for a light and airy feel…one of my personal favorite amenities). There is a utility room with a nice folding counter and sink. Floors throughout are either wood, tile or decorator stained concrete, offering easy care and cleanliness.
For your outdoor living enjoyment, we have a stucco enclosed front veranda and a serene covered back patio that flows into the beautifully landscaped backyard. We are within walking distance of the recreation center, pool, golf pro shop and all the Sun City activities (fee may apply). Monthly and multi-month rentals only.

Hi!! We are David & Diane Mier. With our 3 canine companions we live in the Oklahoma City area. We enjoy doing therapy dog work, obedience and agility and one of our dogs is an AKC champion. David is a practicing dentist and also teaches part-time at the OU dental school. I am a retired oil/gas accountant. Our hope is that one day we can retire to our Tucson home where David can resume his golfing hobby and we can have more time for hiking, biking and enjoying the beautiful desert landscape.
In 2011 we visited friends who have a home in SCOV. We enjoyed it so much that we looked at a couple of homes...just for the fun of it. You guessed it, we got bit by the bug and decided that this is where we would like to spend our retirement years. The friendliness of everyone that we met and the abundance of activities were factors that sold us on this area.
We enjoy relaxing on the front veranda and watching as the mountains become a palate of color with the setting sun.
