About this property

Eagles Beach Nest II

Summary:
Discover the charm of New Buffalo from our cozy haven, perfectly located near the beach, Marina, and Bentwood Tavern. Explore downtown's treasures by foot, indulge in nearby wineries, or venture to Four Winds and Blue Chip Casinos. Nestled in Harbor Country's heart, our retreat is ideal for weekend escapes, families, or groups. Pets? They're welcome, with a secure fenced backyard for their delight. Experience New Buffalo's allure from our refined abode.

The Space:
Step into our tastefully updated three-bedroom residence in New Buffalo's prime location. With a convenient ramp entrance, this single-story home radiates comfort. The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and a smart TV, the second room offers a cozy full bed, and the third presents a well-designed bunk bed—full mattress below with a twin atop. Should you need more sleeping space, a queen air mattress is on hand, and our living room sofa provides an extra resting spot.

The enclosed backyard is both spacious and pet-friendly, complete with a grill, inviting patio tables, a fire pit, and ample seating for relaxed gatherings.

In line with New Buffalo's regulations, a camera is discreetly positioned at the front, overseeing the entrance and driveway. This ensures compliance with our guest count and four-vehicle limit while also ensuring no unexpected gatherings. Moreover, it adds an element of security for our esteemed guests. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Guest Access:
"Enjoy full access to our humble home. For parking, utilize only the driveway. Under no circumstances should vehicles be parked on the street. If additional space is needed, you're welcome to position your vehicle parallel to the street within the front yard."

The Neighborhood:
We are located just just west of the main strip of new buffalo. It's just a few minutes walk to the marina, and another 10 minutes or so to downtown and the beach. There are several restaurants in the area, along with a winery only a couple blocks away.

David's Delicatessen & Coffee- Located in the middle of downtown on the West side of Whittaker street.
