The Bamboo Beach Studio Down Under is truly right out of a Jimmy Buffet lyric. The ocean is just steps away with beautiful wide white sand beaches that are not crowded and features spectacular sunsets. The cottage has been completely renovated, and is spacious with warm and clean furnishings. This large Studio has a queen bed and new ductless heat pump. There are two sun rooms where you can enjoy your morning coffee with only the company of humming birds, bamboo trees and other exotic tropical landscaping.

The Bamboo Beach Studio is perfect for seasonal occupants and is available weekly and monthly year round. Discounts are a courtesy we will extend for those lucky few who can take advantage of a seasonal stay.

This nicely furnished studio has a TV with DVD and DVR box. All cable and movie channels are provided with a complete digital music library as well. Along with the digital cable there is high speed WIRELESS INTERNET which allows you to receive emails while relaxing in the den or out in the sun rooms.

The Kitchen has been completely renovated and includes a new stove, refrigerator, coffee pot, microwave and all the pots, pans and utensils to create any cuisine you can dream up. Or if whipping up a gourmet dinner is not up your alley, then just hang in the sun rooms make some tasty frozen tropical drinks. Central heat and air are a must so The Bamboo Beach Studio has a brand new ductless unit to keep you cozy.

Sitting in the back sun room, with its lush tropical landscaping, will definitely convert you from the time you came from to what we on the island like to call “Island Time”. If you have a boat, the launch is four houses away which makes it perfect to keep your trailer at the cottage without fighting for parking spaces.

The infamous Caddy's beach front restaurant is within walking distance and the locals favorite Katiki is cross the street from Caddy's. If shopping is your thing, the beach shops are an easy bike ride down Gulf Blvd.

Some of Florida’s finest shopping is just a quick trip over the bridge in downtown St Pete and Tampa. The famous John's Pass is only 2 1/2 miles away with shops, restaurants and some of the best charter captains in Florida. Golf in Central Florida is a year round luxury and we have some of the best courses in the country nearby. Play the beach and bay lined courses or be challenged by Innisbrook’s Island Course, home of the Buick Open, or TPC Tampa Bay, home of the Outback Open. Busch Gardens is a quick drive over Tampa Bay and the parks of Orlando are just an easy 1 1/2 hour day trip away.

Nice studio a block fom the beach!

Great neighborhood! The owner is friendly and accommodating. I was allowed to have my 2 medium sized dogs there. Neighbors are all nice. It was just me and my 4 year old daughter and we felt very safe. It is a nice size studio just a block from the beach. We stayed for a month and a half. There is also a small playground on the beachside a few blocks up. I would definitely recommend this place to people with or without kids.

Dog Friendly Beach House

We had a wonderful month at the Bamboo House. Its location is perfect for beach days, and trips to local attractions. It is located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood between the intercostal waterway and the gulf. Our unit was small but very functional. Perfect for 2 adults and a dog.
The yard is fenced for the dog which is handy.
We would recommend this rental highly.

Lovely studio, very enjoyable front screened lanai, short walk to the beach. Nice, friendly neighbors added to the interest of getting to know the area. The landlord couldn't have been more accomodating.
I would be willing to book this listing again if I decided to travel South again.
Easy to navigate shopping and resturants from the location. Great neighborhood for walking your pet, felt safe, even late at night.
