Our organically run finca is located at an altitude of 300 m on the south-western part of Tenerife, well away from mass tourism. The climate is very mild. Your host Helmut is a diving instructor, which means that you can learn to dive on your vacation, or just give it a quick try. Guided hikes, climbing, crayoning, and cave tours are also available. Or simply set your spirit free here in our 'oasis.' It is possible to purchase seasonable products from our finca (fruits, vegetables, chicken or quail eggs). And, should you not want to leave your dog at home, he'll be more than welcome here.

The organically run Finca El Chiratal is located at an altitude of 250 m on the south-west part of the island between Guía de Isora and Playa San Juan. Countless different types of plants and trees thrive here, including papayas, mangoes, oranges, avocados, chirimoyas, strawberry guava, lemons, medlars, and pepino melons, creating an oasis amidst the quiet, rural, stony dry landscape typical of southwest Tenerife. As the finca is not located near the tourist centers, a rental car is recommended. We will be happy to help with arrangements. You can pick it up right at the airport. You'll receive a detailed description of the route from the airport to the finca by e-mail.

Die Lage ist sehr schön am Rande eines Barranco zwischen Guia de Isora und Playa de San Juan gelegen. Man ist mitten in der Natur bzw. den dortigen Plantagen und Brachflächen. Von daher genießt man von den beiden Terrassen des Bungalows einen sehr schönen Blick zum Meer in Richtung Playa de San Juan sowie bei schönem Wetter hinauf zum Teide. Der Bungalow ist durch die Rundumverglasung sehr hell. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für uns großzügig dimensioniert.

Der Pool ist relativ klein, reicht aber zur Erfrischung. Die Anlage ist ruhig, schön angelegt und wir haben einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht.

Besonders bedanken wir uns bei Hausverwalter Helmut, der immer Zeit für einen Plausch hat und gerne mit guten Informationen weiterhalf.
