Siesta Key's Crescent Beach is #1 of the top 10 beaches in the United States. Our condo is #209 and has a beautiful gulf and beach view. The view can be enjoyed while relaxing on our balcony or throughout the condo from the living room and the master bedroom. Relax on the beach or take a barefoot walk on the soft sand as the warm surf laps up on your feet. Enjoy swimming in the gulf or in our heated pool. You can see the gulf and beach right from the pool. No roads to cross we are right on the beach!!!
And in the evenings, sit on the beach and take in the most beautiful sunset you may ever see anywhere!
Our condo has been completely renovated and has all the comforts of home. Comfortable furniture and flat screen TVs with DVD player. El Presidente is gated and private. Only you and our other guests have acess to the beach and your own private spot on the beach for sunning and relaxing or any other activity. Enjoy snorkeling or scuba diving right in front of our unit or a few steps down the beach at Point of Rocks. Our beach is host to many varity of sea shells and we are famous for our sand dollars.
Enjoy dining out in Siesta Village or at one of our local restaurants. Perhaps you would rather prepare your own meal in our fully equipped kitchen or Bar-B-Q at one of our gas grills onsite. Just down the road is Siesta Village which is home to local gift stores, tiki bars and restaurants.
We have an onsite Manager to assist you with any needs and reservations. Also, there is onsite housekeeping if you require any extra services. All check-in and check-out is handled upon your arrival at the front office as you pull into our building. It can not be any easier.
