I am the retired dean of an east coast conservatory of music. My husband and I moved to Boulder in 1958 for summer graduate school, and never ‘left,’ though careers eventually took us to the East Coast and travel all over the US and abroad.
After retirement, this was the perfect place for the home that is a ‘retreat’ for the entire family to come whenever possible. I love the idea of someone else enjoying it as much as we do, when we’re not here.
It has a peaceful feel. Charming neighborhood waterfalls, walking paths; yet is close to virtually everything that makes life wonderfully livable.
