This 110 sqm apartment is located on the 5th floor of a residential apartment building with a lift. It is furnished with taste in a typical Parisian style. The apartment feels incredibly spacious thanks to the large entrance and corridor throughout the apartment.

The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen with a 4 plate induction hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and kettle etc. There is a dining table and chairs available, so that you can eat meals in the apartment if you fancy staying in one evening. Just off the living area is the kitchen, fully equipped with a 4 plate electric cooker, oven and dishwasher, as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. 
Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans to help you cook some of the delicious French produce available nearby. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available for your convenience.

The living room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa. The space is bright and airy, and there is a large wooden coffee table as well as plenty of additional lighting. There is a flat screen TV that has a mix of French, English and foreign language channels.

Moving on past the living room, you have the first private bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom located off the corridor, as is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Again, furnished with bedside tables and plenty of built in storage and wardrobe space, the bedroom is extremely comfortable for your stay. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo with a heated towel rail and sink. The other bathroom located off the corridor has a large shower with a sink and the washing/drying machine. Just next to this is a separate toilet.

Perfect Vacation Place

This apartment near the Bon Marché was the perfect place during our vacation in Paris. It has all the amenities necessary for a short stay (linens, kitchen supplies, washer dryer, 2 bathrooms, etc) and the location is perfect. Buses and metro are close by as well as nice bakeries and cafés. The building is clean and elegant and the unit is well appointed and spacious. The beds and pillows are very comfortable which is important when you are jet lagged upon arrival but also at the end of a busy day sightseeing. I would definitely come back here and recommend this unit to others.

seriously good apartment

This is an amazing and huge apartment that is so central you cannot ask for more! our short stay in paris went really well as for the price of this apartment we could only have expected some mediocre hotel, and instead we got ourselves much more space and privacy!

The apartment has lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and is quite simple in design but nevertheless very chic.

Definitely will recommend for my friends and family!

Great Vacation Rental

It was a real pleasure to stay in Paris with all the help we received from the team who helped us to book restaurants and excursions around Paris. I don`t think I even need to mention the location of the apartment as it couldn't` have been better! It was so close to the great cafés of Saint Germain and le Bon Marché. Besides, the booking process was smooth and fast and I would definitely recommend this place as a vacation stay! Very clean and exactly what you would want in a vacation rental.

Just What We Needed!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment was just the thing my family needed for our visit to Paris. The flat was incredibly spacious, quiet, clean and located in a nice and secure residential building. The two separate bathrooms were great and made getting ready in the morning a breeze as we were not all fighting over the shower. The kitchen was properly stocked and was bigger than my kitchen at home! The wifi was fast and reliable, the TV worked great (though we didn't watch much - the channels are mostly in French and there is so much to see and do outside of the apartment!). Johan's team was very friendly and responsive. The best thing about the apartment? The neighborhood! The neighborhood has a calm feel but there is plenty going on - shops, restaurants and more just outside your door! There is a supermarket down the street open late at night. We only had to walk a few minutes to get to the Metro and from there we had all of Paris at our fingertips.

A charming apartment

My and my now husband spent five incredible days in paris before our wedding. we both loved the apartment in which we stayed. I cannot be more thankful to the manager who helped us ASAP when we had problems with water and it was solved the same day. What I liked most about the apartment is that it had a superb location as it was close to Luxembourg Gardens (which are one of my favourite places to have picnics while in Paris!) and the neighbourhood felt so safe when coming back in the evenings after dinner. The apartment itself is just as in pictures: simple but cozy and charming. it has been kept clean and had all the utilities we could require for our stay. We are now planning to come back to Paris and stay in the same apartment while celebrating our anniversary!..
